GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Please note: this is an on-site position based in Antiguo Cuscatlan, La Libertad, El Salvador. Only Salvadoran applicants will be accepted
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work with one of our clients: an enterprise-grade, cloud-based phone system offering reliable, Canadian-based support and user-friendly features for business communications. It can be accessed via PC, mobile, or desk phone, and the geo-redundant data centers are backed by SLAs and quality guarantees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating project plans, timelines, and road maps to ensure deadlines are met and projects are kept within budget.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain all project-related activities such as deadlines, equipment, manpower, and profits for each project.
- Manage server deployments for new clients, ensuring all clients’ needs are met.
- Follow up with clients after deployment to fulfill the client's expectations of the company.
- Deployments for MiaS servers (managed infrastructure as a service) from Data gathering to servers racked, installed, and deployed.
- Look for ways to improve customer experience during the deployment process.
- Responsible for reporting and escalating project-related concerns
- Schedule, host, and facilitate initial and ongoing project-related meetings/calls
- Effective communication with clients, vendors, engineers, and management.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook and PM software.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of studies (desirable).
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Project Coordinator or similar roles.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Must be capable of managing around 15-20 concurrent technology-related projects effectively
- UCaaS Unified Communications as a Service (desirable)
- Basic to intermediate Networking terminology (desirable)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook and PM software.
