GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION 

Please note: this is an on-site position based in Antiguo Cuscatlan, La Libertad, El Salvador. Only Salvadoran applicants will be accepted

We seek a bilingual Cold Caller to join our Win Back program team. This role involves re-engaging past customers and warm leads through strategic outreach. Ideal candidates are driven, resilient, and skilled in relationship-building. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Qualifying warm leads through research to assess potential interest. 
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to reconnect with and qualify warm leads. 
  • Document key information on each lead before and after reaching out. 
  • Schedule follow-up calls and appointments. 
  • Collaborate with the manager to meet or exceed monthly targets. 

REQUIREMENTS  

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, especially in sales. 
  • High school diploma required; additional education is a plus. 
  • Experience in cold calling and lead qualification. 
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). 
  • CRM or database experience. 
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong time management skills.
