Reporting Efficiency Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Reporting and Efficiency Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing, mapping, and improving business processes while generating insightful reports to drive decision-making. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of reporting tools and methodologies, with a focus on optimizing workflows. Knowledge of Lean methodologies or similar efficiency improvement frameworks will be a strong plus. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance business reports using Excel and/or Power BI. 
  • Perform process mapping and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements across various departments. 
  • Analyze business data, generate insights, and present findings in clear, actionable formats. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide analytical support. 
  • Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for reporting purposes. 
  • Apply Lean methodologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste. 
  • Communicate findings effectively in professional English, both written and verbal. 
     

REQUIREMENTS  

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, VBA). 
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a strong asset. 
  • Process mapping experience and familiarity with tools such as Visio or Lucid chart. 
  • Knowledge of SQL for querying databases (preferable but not mandatory). 
  • Familiarity with Lean methodologies or other process improvement frameworks (a plus). 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in professional English. 
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience in data visualization and creating interactive dashboards. 
  • Prior experience improving workflows and creating more efficient processes. 
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification is a plus. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
