GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION 

Please note: this is an on-site position based in Antiguo Cuscatlan, La Libertad, El Salvador. Only Salvadoran applicants will be accepted

We are looking for a Lead Generator to work with one of our clients: An enterprise-grade, cloud-based phone system offering reliable, Canadian-based support and user-friendly features for business communications. Accessible via PC, mobile, or desk phone, with geo-redundant data centers backed by SLAs and quality guarantees. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects while maintaining customer satisfaction 
  • Work closely with Sales Management and individual Sales Reps to prioritize targets, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business 
  • Research and build account profiles (i.e., adding contacts, sending regular emails, and nurturing until quoting is required) 
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of leads.    
  • Manage track, and report on all sales activities and results using the designated tool. 
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling. 
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. 
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.  

REQUIREMENTS  

  • Advanced English proficiency 
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) as an appointment setter or lead generator in outbound campaigns.  
  • High School diploma (higher education is desired). 
  • High-volume cold-calling experience. 
  • Passionate for making connections and building relationships with others. 
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve expected goals.  
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills and highly articulate 

QUALIFICATIONS  
  • Call structure and control 
  • Proficient in using Salesforce.com and LinkedIn or similar CRM and social media platforms (IDEAL). 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
  • Fast learning speed and a passion for sales 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive sales.
