GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION 

We are looking for a Marketing Talent to assist in the development and execution of marketing and calling campaigns for one of our Companies called GreenStar Solutions. 
Additionally, this person will have the amazing opportunity to help the company and its brands understand what sells by analyzing market data locally and regionally. for building and executing marketing campaigns targeting existing customers as well as new potential prospects.  
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Develop and execute marketing and publicity strategies to promote our clients, their products, and other activities to enhance/maximize consumer awareness consistent with the mission and goals of the brand.  
  • Communicate effectively to the community, and tailor communications appropriately for different audiences.  
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data; analyze the customer base to determine market potential and target marketing opportunities for client products/services.  
  • Create and develop branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copy.  
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms used to relay product messages to customers.  
  • Investigate the performance of the client’s marketing campaigns & strategies.
  • Evaluate key performance metrics; compile and prepare related records or reports.  
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns based on robust market data collection and present the recommendations to management.  
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers through networking and prospecting; respond to new prospect inquiries.  
  • Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.  
  • Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development 


REQUIREMENTS  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, MKT, or related field of studies (Desirable) 
  • 1-3 Years prior similar job experience (Desirable)  
  • Exceptional spoken and written English and customer service  
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel and Outlook and PM software 
  • ADOBE suite knowledge (Ideal) 
  • Customer service oriented and call center experience is desirable  
  • Salesforce or any other CRM related to MKT (ideal)
