GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Please note: 
this is an on-site position based in Managua, Nicaragua. Only Nicaraguan applicants will be accepted.

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. This person will collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs. 

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Conduct phone screenings to assess the minimum qualifications and basic communication skills of applicants. 
  • Meet the set daily and weekly quota for many phone interview passers to be processed for the next recruitment stage. 
  • Input necessary and accurate information in process trackers and the applicant database promptly. 
  • Monitor online resume databases and other resources. 
  • Attend team meetings and calibration sessions with the recruitment specialists. 
  • Help with back-office/administrative work supporting the phone screening process. 
  • Help with the walk-in recruiting process and off-site recruiting activities. 
     

 REQUIREMENTS  

  • Desirable work experience as a recruiter or similar role  
  • Studies in Psychology or any business-related field (Desirable)  
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks 
  • Knowledge in all components of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management. 
  • Demonstrate ability to source and attract highly qualified individuals through cold calling, advertising, networking, and referrals 
  • Customer Service and technical skills or experience  
  • Strong management of MS Office package and emails and recruiting software & social media sources.  
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 80% (desirable)

  • Ability to multi-task and process large volumes of transactions (phone interviews and reports) 
  • Solid communication skills, both oral and written. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation. 
  • Efficient probing and listening skills 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and rapidly changing business environment. 
  • Ability to focus on details 
  • Ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates. 
  • Ability to think and act strategically anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately.
