Process Enhancement Specialist

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION 
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Process Enhancement Specialist to join our team at LAWN.COM. 

The Process Enhancement Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing the company’s operational processes, enhancing service quality, and improving overall efficiency. This position involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Assist in developing and utilizing lawn care products and services. 
• Create accurate quotes for landscaping jobs, especially for businesses. 
• Recommend and oversee additional services for Lawn.com customers. 
• Communicate clearly with both Customer Success Managers and landscaping crews.  
• Develop strong relationships with the crews based on frequent communication, mutual trust, and the ability to meet the customer’s needs.
• Maintain records and track enhancement work through our CRM system from quote, and scheduling, to completion, making sure to deliver the best price, quality, and timely completion to the customer. 
• Assure serviced properties meet customer expectations in terms of appearance and aesthetics 
• Develop cost estimates and proposals for effective and competitive pricing in the market while maintaining a margin that is acceptable to the Company in the way of already built and priced products. 
• Manage and enforce established Company safety policies and procedures for fieldwork 
• Work Property damage reporting and reconciliation tasks and report to the Service Delivery Manager
• Perform general business and project-related assignments and tasks, under the general direction of the Operations team 

REQUIREMENTS  

• High school diploma or studies in business administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with office procedures (Ideal) 
• 1-2 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related role, preferably within the lawn services or landscaping industry. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• A fast typist with knowledge in stenography and taking dictations 
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
